What Eagle Mountain's rules say

Dirt bikes can use most city streets, but only to get directly to trails or approved crossings. The limit is 20 mph, and riders must be 16 or older with a driver license, even on trails inside city limits. Pony Express Parkway, Ranches Parkway, SR-73, and Eagle Mountain Boulevard west of the roundabout are off-limits except at city crossings, and paved trails and sidewalks are always off-limits.

Which registration you need

OHV registration covers trails and the Eagle Mountain streets opened to reach them, within the city's limits above. To ride any other street, the bike needs a street-legal plate.
