Fit
Who it fits, and what it's for
Fit is about use and body, not quality. A bike that fits can still be too much machine, so read the experience note before the spec table.
It's for
Ride full-size trails on a gearbox mid-drive bike under $1,400.
Progress through three speed modes, from a 15 mph beginner limit to 50+ mph.
Compare seat height, weight, power, price, and paperwork against other bikes by the numbers.
Terrain: OHV trails, Forest roads, Open desert, Hill climbs.
Mode 1 caps at 15 mph, mode 2 at 28 mph, and mode 3 opens 50+ mph. X-Pro markets it to experienced teen riders 13+ under supervision and to adults. The claimed 60 miles of range is on paper; the 50+ mph mode is for riders who already know dirt.
Not for
Street use as delivered. The manufacturer states it "cannot be registered for road use in any U.S. state."
Young or short riders: X-Pro's own guidance says riders under approximately 5'3" may struggle with the 33.86-inch seat, and it is not for children 12 and under.
Riders or cargo over the 265 lb weight capacity.
Experience: Intermediate to Experienced.

What we still don't know.
We have not measured real range, top speed, or weight distribution.
We have not set a rider-height band. X-Pro's guide is 4'7" to 6'3"; sit on one before buying.

The numbers, and where each one comes from

The manufacturer says
XProUSA states it is "OFF-ROAD USE ONLY" and "cannot be registered for road use in any U.S. state."
What happened in Utah
We have not tried to register this model. X-Pro's claim is the same one Utah overrode for the Drax Apex, which we own and did register. That is evidence about the family, not proof for this bike.
The street-legal path
Unverified. We have not examined this bike or tried to register one. The same maker's Drax Apex did get an off-road title and registration in Utah despite an identical off-road-only claim.
X-Pro lists UL 2272 certification for the complete vehicle, UN 38.3 for the battery, and a UL-certified charger.
Removable battery: yes, tool-free removal. The bike shipped at check is a "V3" with an updated controller and grip.
Warranty is 1 year on the frame and 90 days on parts and battery, per XProUSA.
OHV registration is not a street plate. For the difference, the forms, and the equipment a street-legal bike needs, start with Register your bike. For city rules, use Where you can ride.
