The bike weighed about 200 lb with accessories, too much for a 160 lb hitch carrier. The mobile inspector cost $65.
Purchase
$2,099.95 from XProUSA. New.
No MSO; signed bill of sale from the importer
The timeline
Bought new from XProUSA for $2,099.95. The crate had no MSO.
Asked X-Pro for title paperwork through its contact form and got a signed bill of sale from the importer listing the VIN, model, and power.
Filled out TC-656, TC-569A, and TC-661. A mobile inspector came to the house and signed the VIN certificate.
Took the packet to the DMV once. Title and OHV registration came to $222.20.
What surprised us
The packet went through on the first try.
The title lists the make as UNKN because the DMV system did not recognize X-Pro. The VIN and model were correct.
XProUSA says the bike cannot be officially registered. Utah issued an OHV title and registration anyway. That is off-road registration, not a street plate.
What the next owner should know
Ask for the MSO first. If there is none, get a signed bill of sale with the VIN, model, and power.
Weigh the bike with the accessories you plan to carry before you buy a hitch carrier.
Check the title when it arrives. A make of UNKN is possible for a less common brand.
OHV registration is not street legal. If you want a plate, read the street-legal requirements before you buy parts.
No VIN, plate, or home address is published. The data file has no fields for them.

The manufacturer says

What happened in Utah
Utah issued a title and OHV registration in November 2026. That is off-road registration, not a street plate.
The street-legal path
Possible under Utah's street-legal OHV rules with equipment, insurance, inspection, and a driver license. Not done on this bike.
No MSO. The owner used a signed bill of sale and a TC-569A ownership statement.
The title lists the make as UNKN because the DMV system did not recognize X-Pro.
OHV registration is not a street plate. For the difference, the forms, and the equipment a street-legal bike needs, start with Register your bike. For city rules, use Where you can ride.
