Fit
Who it fits, and what it's for
Fit is about use and body, not quality. A bike that fits can still be too much machine, so read the experience note before the spec table.
It's for
Fit a shorter or newer rider onto a real Talaria with a seat they can flat-foot.
Compare seat height, weight, power, price, and paperwork against other bikes by the numbers.
Start small and upgrade later: Luna Cycle says it accepts full-size XXX wheels.
Terrain: Backyard and private land, OHV trails.
Factory limited to 20 mph, with regenerative braking. The US dealers we cite sell it for riders 16 and older despite the small frame, so it is not marketed as a children's bike.
Not for
Street use. It is sold for off-road use only, and the dealers we cite say it comes without a VIN, title, or registration.
Open desert or long rides; a 25 Ah pack, 14/12-inch wheels, and a 37-mile maker range are not sized for them.
Riders under 16, by the US dealers' own age rule.
Experience: Beginner to Intermediate.

What we still don't know.
We have not measured real range, top speed, or weight distribution.
We have not set a rider-height band or weight band; Talaria publishes neither.

Manufacturer figures for the 25 Ah version from the X3 Mini page as published by Talaria Canada, the maker's Canadian distributor, checked November 8, 2026; the maker's own site was not serving product data that day. US dealers sell the XXX Mini with the 25 Ah pack, which Talaria Canada calls the X3 Mini Lite; the 40 Ah X3 Mini (125 lb, 100 km) is not listed by the US dealers we cite. Talaria publishes only motor-shaft peak torque (34 N·m). Seat height is the page's 740 mm (29.1 in); the same table also lists a "Mini" seat height of 725 mm and labels it 26.8 in, which do not match each other, so we use the 740 mm figure. The listed 1,255 mm wheelbase is the same as the full-size X3's, which we report as published. Range is the maker's 60 km at 25 km/h; top speed is the factory limit of 32 km/h (20 mph). Battery energy is calculated from the 60 V 25 Ah pack.

The manufacturer says
Talaria Canada's page says the bike is intended exclusively for off-road use and is restricted in speed and power, and that all motorcycles sold by Talaria or its dealers are for off-road use.
What happened in Utah
Nothing observed. We have not examined this bike or tried to register it.
The street-legal path
Unverified. We have not examined this bike or tried to register one. Luna Cycle says it ships without a VIN, title, or registration, which matters for Utah paperwork; see the registration guide before buying.
Luna Cycle's listing says it is "supplied without VIN, title, or registration," factory limited to about 20 mph, and intended for riders 16 and older.
Small-wheel (14/12) bikes matter for land managers: this is not a full-size OHV frame.
OHV registration is not a street plate. For the difference, the forms, and the equipment a street-legal bike needs, start with Register your bike. For city rules, use Where you can ride.
