Fit
Who it fits, and what it's for
Fit is about use and body, not quality. A bike that fits can still be too much machine, so read the experience note before the spec table.
It's for
Ride full-size OHV trails on Sur-Ron's most powerful mass-market machine.
Climb hard: the maker claims 384 ft-lb at the wheel in turbo and 0–50 mph in 3.7 s.
Compare seat height, weight, power, price, and paperwork against other bikes by the numbers.
Terrain: OHV trails, Forest roads, Open desert, Hill climbs.
Turbo mode, five ride modes, five-level coasting and braking regen, wheelie control, auto-hold, and crawling control, all claimed by the maker. VORO ships it governed to 20 mph for some states' rules. Intermediate and up; the turbo map on a 195 lb bike is experienced-rider territory.
Not for
Street use as delivered; VORO Motors states a removable turn-signal kit does not make it road legal.
Riders who need a step-into seat: 35.83 inches is full-size dirt bike height.
Riders or cargo over the maker's 220 lb capacity.
Experience: Intermediate to Experienced.

Manufacturer figures from the Ultra Bee HP X page on the official US site, checked November 7, 2026; the maker disclaims its own figures as non-binding, and its claims assume a 70 kg rider. Peak power is the maker's 24.5 kW Turbo burst off a 21.5 kW motor figure, and other rows follow the published spec set. Torque is the maker's 384 ft-lb on-wheel figure converted to N·m. Battery energy is calculated from the 74 V 60 Ah pack the page specifies. The maker quotes only a 2.5-hour 20%-to-80% fast charge.

The manufacturer says
Surron USA's product page presents the Ultra Bee HP X as an off-road machine and publishes no street-legal claim.
What happened in Utah
Nothing observed. We have not examined this bike or tried to register it.
The street-legal path
Unverified. We have not examined this bike or tried to register one. VORO's own FAQ calls it strictly off-road: a lighting kit does not make a machine road legal, it is OHV-registerable in most states, and public-road rules vary by state.
Dealer-fitted equipment: VORO ships the bike with a removable front/rear turn-signal kit and a 20 mph governor "to meet regulations in certain states," which owners unplug at their own discretion.
The maker's page lists electronic tilt protection, brake priority, override protection, high/low voltage and temperature protection, and side-stand protection.
OHV registration is not a street plate. For the difference, the forms, and the equipment a street-legal bike needs, start with Register your bike. For city rules, use Where you can ride.
